Laurie Montes, Ph.D., brings an incredible wealth of experience and knowledge to the Heartfelt Team. She recently completed her Doctoral degree and is working under the supervision of Dr. Hayden. Similar to Dr. Hayden, she has experience as a Social Worker in Adult Services and together they share a heartfelt and earnest desire to see people within their natural home environments and support them to live according to their personal values with a good quality of life. Ms. Montes has additional experience working within the Public Guardians office and together she and Dr. Hayden have forged a bond to prevent families and individuals from needing help from governmental agencies and have began proactively addressing aging and disability so that people can enjoy as much self determination as possible throughout the lifespan. Ms. Montes is bilingual spanish speaking.
